Concert in Wacissa

Todd and Cheryl had an amazing bluegrass concert in their yard.
Hopefully this will be an Annual event! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the actual band, I was busy enjoying the great music and delicious food... I'll be more on top of things next time!

Just Because...

I woke up one morning to find that Crocodile Dundee was visiting my house...

Night Fishing 2

Another night of fishing in the woods (well, and obviously by the river...)

Ruby is really reeling them in!


The girls don't like to worry with the spines, but they did all bait their own hooks!
(I'm pretty sure they did anyway)


Mark was chef on the special mini grill...and of course the shovel "microwave"

"It takes a village..." to get a fish in the cooler.

Night Fishing 1

Friday night fishing...good times.
There wasn't much action, until Debra went down to check her line and...
"EEEEEEEEkkkkkkkkk!"

She came running back.
Too bad that eel on the end of her line 'ran' right after her!

It's RIGHT THERE! GET IT OFF!!!

And then proceeded to spill a brand new drink on himself and down his boots.
His feet got drunk.

Then it was time to go til tomorrow night.

4th of July

Traveled down to Ricky's camp for the 4th, let me tell you that was a LOT of boats in a little space! Good friends, good music- GOOD TIMES.

It was fun to see Kanny, Ellen and Little Rick. Kanny spent a lot of time on Mark and Debra's boat dancing with the girls!!! Then Papa Ricky had to come join in (not sure what Kanny "calls" his grandaddy...)
